Comission TOS

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all terms listed below.

1. General Disclaimers
   • I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
   • Artwork is for Personal Use only unless otherwise explicitly stated. A Commercial License must be explicity purchased.


2. Payment
   • Price is dependent on the complexity of the work, the amount of original design work required, deadline of when the work is needed, and whether it is for commercial or personal use.
   • Payment is via PayPal only. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch / blockout is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish the commission.


3. Process
   • Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.
   • In the event the deadline is unable to be met or work unable to be completed, I will inform you as soon as possible, and a partial refund may be requested.
   • Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch / blockout for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork.
   • After a sketch / blockout is approved and the remaining 50% of payment is received I will start on the final piece.
   • As the final piece reaches completion, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.
   • Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work. No physical product will be delivered.
   
   
4. Copyright & Usage Policy
   • I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
   • I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media, portfolio, personal site, etc.
   • Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
   • The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased.
   • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels, with or without credit. (Although credit is always appreciated.)

   You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:

   • Claim that the work was created by anyone other than me.
   • Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI, including any future technologies in the space.
   • Use the commissioned piece alongside or in conjunction with any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI, including any future technologies in the space. (This means do not display my work alongside or in association with any AI generated images, video, audio, or otherwise.)
   • Make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to Print-On-Demand services, make prints, etc.) without a commercial license.

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
